The ten things every dealership wants answered before they connect a feed, share inventory, or sign up — answered with the actual MotoRadar terminology, not generic SaaS filler.

The pilot runs for 30 days and is fee-waived during the trial. At the end you either roll onto the Monthly plan ($99/mo) or the Annual plan ($990/yr) — or walk away. You keep the scored inventory snapshot either way.
Monthly at $99/mo: up to 250 active listings scored, unlimited buyer leads, daily deal-score refresh, standard email support. Annual at $990/yr: unlimited listings, the same lead and score cadence, priority email support, and custom dealership branding on lead pages. Annual saves two months vs paying monthly.
Every listing on your lot is cross-referenced against JD Power (NADAguides), Black Book, marketplace comps, dealer-side comps from scraped inventory, mileage position, and sales velocity. Scores land on the Great Deal, Good Deal, Fair Deal, or Overpriced tiers shown on the buyer-facing inventory page.
Pre-owned Harley-Davidson is the primary focus today — the inventory browse and scoring engine are tuned for it. The platform supports other major powersports brands (Indian, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, BMW, Triumph, Ducati, etc.) where dealer feeds include them, and we expand coverage as more dealers join.
You own your inventory feed data and every buyer lead MotoRadar routes to you. MotoRadar owns the aggregated, anonymized scoring methodology and the platform analytics. Leads are delivered directly to your inbox and CRM — MotoRadar does not resell them or share them with competing dealers.
Monthly plans: cancel anytime from your account, no refund for the current month, no further charges. Annual plans: cancel anytime; we pro-rate the unused full months and refund the difference. The pilot itself is fee-waived so there is nothing to refund if you walk away before the trial ends.
Buyers see per-listing deal badges (Great Deal, Good Deal, Fair Deal, Overpriced) and the deal-card breakdown on every listing page on motoradarapp.com. You see aggregate performance — lead volume, score movement, days-on-lot — in your dealer dashboard. Other dealers do not see your per-bike data.
No. The pilot is fee-waived with no commitment. At the end of the 30 days you decide whether to subscribe to Monthly or Annual; if you don't, your listings come off MotoRadar and you keep the scored inventory snapshot. One pilot partner per metro or competitive set is the only thing that changes at pilot end.
Every "I'm interested" submission routes to your dealership inbox in ADF XML and HTML (drops into DealerSocket, VinSolutions, and most dealer CRMs) plus the MotoRadar CRM log. Lead packets include the buyer's name, phone, email, message, the exact bike they clicked, and the deal score they were viewing — and go only to your store.
MotoMate CSV exports (Redstone-style feeds), DMS feeds (Lightspeed, Talon), Dealer Spike, and DX1 — we handle the column mapping and re-sync every 6 hours. Nothing changes on your public website: your listings stay on your site; MotoRadar reads from the feed and writes back only buyer leads to your CRM.
Book a 30-minute pilot conversation — we'll walk through your feed, your metro's exclusivity status, and the lead-routing setup. No commitment.
